Short sleeves or full-length sleeves tucked into buttoned cuffs. With or without self tie belt. Fitted and flared skirt, three inches below mid-knee, has back zipper closing and inside grosgrain ribbon or non-roll elastic waistband. Fitted, pullover top has front and back scooped neckline, cutaway armholes, neckline and armhole bands.
