Loose-fitting dress, in slightly below mid-knee length, has elasticized waistline, slightly raised at front, shaped standing collar extending into front band forming front pleat in skirt and snap front closing; patch pockets, extended shoulders, elbow length sleeves with turn back cuffs or three quarter length sleeves; back yoke and center back inverted pleat stitched to above hipline.
