CHILD’S FROCK and PANTIES. An adorable model consisting of a frock and panties. This model is very simple to make with its pleats forming a panel effect in the front that’s accented by the
novel collar detail. Note the deep yoke across the back end the inverted pleat. The panties are cut in one piece and are finished with elastic at the waist. Short cuff-trimmed sleeves add a jaunty note.
