Chest 24 – 25.5″

Easy:  Loose-fitting, unlined jacket, above hip has collar, dropped shoulders, pockets, lower band and long sleeves with bands.  Optional purchased crest.  No provision for above-waist adjustment.  Loose-fitting, pull-on pants have elasticized waist.  A: elastic at lower edge.  B:  Narrow hem.  Hat has band and tie.
