See and Sew: vest and skirt. Semi-fitted, lined-to-edge vest has V-neckline, front buttoned closing, shaped front hemline, side; hemline slits, welt trim and cut-away armholes. Edge stitching. Slightly flared, eight gored skirt three inches below mid-knee has straight waistband and back zipper closing.
