Quick and Easy Misses’ One-Piece Skirt with Inverted Pleat. This versatile “Quick and Easy” to cut and sew skirt is made in just one piece of fabric. Soft pleats either side in front are right below the narrow waistband. Long inverted pleat down the center front. Slit in the center back seam.
