Two piece suit dress: Belted jacket blouse. The suit dress is comfortable under coats, steps out as a suit by itself. Single breasted jacket blouse is belted to give a peplum effect. Four piece skirt contrasts in (B) Three quarter sleeves. (A), short (B).
