Jane Tise: Misses Blouse, Vest And Skirt: Loose-fitting blouse has round collar and band all-in-one with purchased lace trim, front buttoned placket opening with center front seam, front tucks, slightly forward shoulder seams and full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs with continuous lap opening and purchased lace trim. Fitted lined to edge vest has “V” neckline, front buttoned closing, cut-away armholes, welt trim and shaped hemline. Top-stitch trim. Bias flared skirt six inches (15cm) below mid-knee has straight waistband, unpressed pleats in front and back, pockets in side seams and back zipper.
