TEEN: TOP, VEST, PANTS, KNICKERS & SHORTS. Close-fitting top (for knits only) has turtle neck collar and close-fitting full-length sleeves. Scoop neckline halter vest has wide waistband.  With or without purchaed applique and rick-rack trim. Straight-legged pants, knickers with leg bands and flared shorts with rick-rack trim are darted into waistline.
