Half Size Dress and Jacket: Semi-fitted slightly flared dress, two inches above knee or mid-knee, has full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs, inverted pleats in skirt, princess seams, and self bias tie collar or jewel neckline. Purchased belts. Semi-fitted jacket has round neckline and topstitch trim. Sleeveless or wristlength sleeves.
