Belle France: Misses’ Dress. Semi-fitted, slightly flared dress, mid-calf has self or purchased collar on band, sleeve puffs, forward shoulder seams, front tucks, back zipper and above elbow length or long sleeves with cuffs. C: button cuffs and neck binding. Self or purchased belt.
