A Pounds-Thinner Pattern. Misses’ Wrap-Around Pantskirt and Blouse – Recommended for Knits. Blouse has scooped front neck, back zipper. Lower sleeves, sewn to upper sleeves, have wrist elastic. Wrap-around pantskirt has elastic in casing hooked in back, and self fabric drawstring in casing.
