Misses’ Dress and Slip. Pullover dress gathered into neck binding with tied extensions, has bound front neck opening, flutter sleeves, elastic in waistline casing, self fabric tie belt or purchased belt. Slip has side vents, shoulder straps, elastic in upper and waistline casings.
