Bust 30″ Teen

Dress or Jumper and Blouse: Sleeveless dress or jumper, consisting of three main pieces and back buttoned blouse. Dress or jumper has center back zipper and low pleat. May be worn beltless, with self fabric belt or may have drawstring in casing at waistline. Belted version has patch pockets included in side seams. Blouse has rolled bias collar or round collar and applied bias bow. Three quarter sleeves, set into pointed armholes, are gathered into buttoned bands.
