Children’s Shirt and Skirt: Front-buttoned shirt has front yoke, back pleated into back yoke, front band, collar and neckband; shirts A and B have ruffle sewn into front yokes; front of shirts B and C extend into ties and back is waist length; pull-on tiered skirt, with or without ruffle at lower edge, has fold-back waistline casing for elastic; instructions included for pleating skirt using a broomstick.
