Shirt, with or without contrast and a choice of collars, has neckband, pleats in back, yoke with forward shoulder seams, buttoned front bands, optional patch pocket and shaped hemline. A, C and F have long sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs. V, D and E have short sleeves. Purchased belt.
