Bust 33 – 33.5″

Junior Petite Dress. Lightly fitted and flared, high waisted dress may be made with or without long set-in sleeves. Dress has square neckline, long darts at back and front, center back zipper. Skirt may be lined. Dress with sleeves has contrasting circular ruffles of sheer fabric included in neck facing and sleeve facing seams. Without ruffle, neckline is interfaced.
