Carol Little for Saint-Tropez West Misses’ Blouse, Skirt and Knickers: Buttoned blouse has stand-up collar, three quarter length dolman sleeves with gathered caps; elastic in sleeve casings and piping trim are optional. Tiered skirt A or B has side buttoned, gathered yoke. Skirt A has contrast tier and hemline ruffles and optional ribbon trim. Skirt B has single hemline ruffle. Knickers with inset pockets are gathered into buttoned waistband and button at side seam.
