Chest 21″

Toddler’s Dress or Top, Bloomers and Coveralls. Dress or top and coveralls, each with center front zipper and contrasting sleeves, and bloomers made of top fabric. Necklines are faced and below-elbow length sleeves are gathered into bands of garment fabric. Inside leg opening of coveralls is closed with hammer-on type snap fasteners. Bloomers have elastic in casings of waistline and leg openings.
