Misses’ Dress in Three Versions. High waisted scoop neck dress has dart fitted bodice and three section, lightly gathered skirt in long or short length. Long dress, in two fabrics, has puff sleeves or skirt fabric gathered in armhole seams and with elastic in hems. Short dress may have self fabric puff sleeves or may be sleeveless. All views have the belt at high waistline seam, center back zipper and vent and skirts may be underlined. Necklines are interfaced.
