Bust 32.5″

 Misses’ Dress or Top and Pants. Lined, sleeveless, pullover dress or top and bell bottom pants.  Dress or top, darted in front, has scooped back and interfaced neck.  Tie belt is slip stitched to back neck edge, held by thread carriers and tied in front.  Top, worn over pants, has side openings stitched part-way below armholes.  Pants, worn 3″ below normal waistline, are gathered at upper edge by elastic in casing.
