One-Piece Dress with Two Tops and Cummerbund (View 2 Suitable for Border Print Fabric): Waist-whittling cummerbund gives a tiny waisted look to these individually styled dresses. Bouffant skirt is gathered. One version is shown with a bateau neckline, the other with a surplice neckline. Both views have kimono sleeves.
