Girls’ Blouse and Skirt: Simple-to-Make – suitable for Chubbies. Blouse has short kimono sleeves. 4 gore skirt flared. V. 1 blouse has contrast collar of skirt fabric. Skirt has patch pockets. V. 2 has button trimmed tabs at neckline. Skirt, V. 2 and 3, has button trimmed tabs at front waistline, regular carriers in back. V. 3 blouse has self collar.
