Girls’ Blouse and Blouse and Petticoat Combination Soft gathers are released from the forward shoulder seam of the front-buttoning blouse. The petticoat, styled with a front opening, is stitched to the blouse at the natural waistline. In Style 1, embroidered edging outlines the bow-trimmed, Peter Pan collar, puffed sleeves and lower edge of the petticoat. Style 2 features bishop sleeves, a contrasting collar and ribbon tie. In Style 3, the wing collar may be worn with a soft bow and three-quarter sleeves are finished with sleeve bands.
