Dress with Two Skirts, Collar, Bow and Belt: Simple to Make dresses have high round neckline and kimono sleeves. V. 1 has a 4-gore flared skirt, contrast detachable collar, small ribbon bow and contrasting belt with bow. V. 2 has slim skirt with soft pleats each side of center front at waistline; back kick pleat, contrasting detachable collar and contrast bow. Self belt, purchased belt or cummerbund may be worn.
