Teen-Age One-Piece Dress: The dart-fitted bodice is styled with a scooped-out neckline and the bias skirt is cut in two sections. A purchased or self belt encircles the waist. Style 1 has a double bertha collar notched at the center front. Contrast is used for the bias fold on the skirt and for the under collar. In Style 2 the neckline and cap sleeves are finished with scallops.
