One-Piece Dress and Jacket: The dart-fitted bodice is styled with a round neckline and a front-button closing, which extends down the dress to the hemline. A self or purchased belt encircles the waistline. Large set-in pockets are featured on either side of the center front. The dart-fitted jacket, styled with a nipped-in waistline, is slit at the sides. Three-quarter sleeves with slits at the lower edges are featured and a small stand-up collar bands the neckline. Style 1 or 3 dress has short, set-in sleeves. Style 2 bodice is sleeveless and saddle-stitching is used as trimming. Shaped flaps trim the pockets on the skirt.
