Dress with Two Skirts and Detachable Collar: Dress has low V-front neckline with a vestee, set-in sleeves and a purchased belt. V. 1 features a self collar, full gathered skirt and elbow length sleeves. Cuffs fasten with link buttons. V. 2 features a slim skirt with soft pleats at front waistline, back kick pleat, short sleeves and a contrasting detachable collar.
