Teen Blouses and Top “Simple to Make”. Blouse has short kimono sleeves and back neck opening with hook and eye. V. 1 has self tie belt. V. 2 has rick-rack and button trim. Vs 3 and 4 have collar, optional ribbon drawstring at lower edge. V. 3 collar is contrasting. Short, sleeveless top has low, round neckline and rick-rack or button trim. In fabrics other than felt top is fully lined or faced t edge.
