Simple to Make Women’s Housecoat and Dress. Princess style housecoat, closed with slide fastener, has short sleeves darted in armhole and pleated in at lower edge. Dress buttons down center front. Patch pockets plain or buttoned down to show contrasting facing, join in front seams. Short sleeves may be finished with a cuff; or long sleeves gathered to a wristband which fastens with a button and buttonhole.
