Teen Age Skirt and Cummerbund, Applique and Embroidery Transfer: A “Simple to Make” half circle skirt for teen ager. The skirt, View 1, has a wide shaped waistband. Contrasting bias and popular poodle applique trim this view. The skirt is featured in felt. View 2: The quilted skirt has grosgrain ribbon waistband. A contrasting cummerbund with self fabric fringe is featured.
