Child’s one-piece dress and separate petticoat: Sleeveless bodice has a low neckline. View 1 armhole and neck edges are bound with bias fold tape, skirt is pleated over hips and across back. View 2 skirt is gathered over hips and across back and has patch pockets. Pocket and neckline edges are scalloped. Tie ends sen at side seams fasten in back. Gathered petticoat has three self ruffles at lower edge.
