Girls’ Circle Skirt with Can-Can Petticoat – Mother and Daughter Fashion:  The full circle skirt has a zipper closing at the left side.  Any of a large variety of fabrics including felt can be used.  The applique is optional.  The can-can petticoat is styled with three ruffles of net, stitched to the under side.  Ruffles can be hemmed, left raw or finished with ribbon; a differencent color for each ruffle.
