Teen: Chest 28″

Simple to make: 1 piece shift dress and scarf. Dress has high rounded neckline front button closing inverted pleats at each side seam. V1 features short set-in sleeves, turned up to form cuffs, patch pockets with button trim, self fabric scarf purchased belt. V2V3 are sleeveless. V2 has patch pockets, self tie-belt, scarf top-stitching detail. V3 has patch pockets, is braid trimmed worn unbelted.
