Waist 23.5″, Hips 32.5″ Junior

Reversible Wrap-Around Skirt in Two Lengths: “Simple to Make”. Slightly flared skirt laps at back. Waistline edge is finished with a band with extending tie ends, which tie in front. Skirt is detailed with top-stitching. V.’s 1 and 2 feature shaped pockets. V.’s 3 and 4 are reversible and there are no pockets. V.’s 2 and 3 are above the knee length.
