Waist 24″

Skirted Shorts. Above knee length shorts and skirt, caught together at waistband, are dart fitted at waistline. Shorts have left side snap closing. Skirt, with deep side slits, has left side zipper closing. In V1, contrasting tie belt of shorts fabric or purchased belt is pulled thru fabric belt carriers. V2 skirt and pants are made of same fabric.
