Misses’ Halter-Dress in Two Lengths (Approximate Length of Short Dress is 36″): The halter-dress with flared skirt stitched to bodice above normal waistline has “V” shaped neckline and ruffled collar with extensions criss-crossed in front and tied in back. V. 1 is short length. Ankle lengths V. 2 has self fabric lower ruffle.
