Misses’ Dress in Two Lengths and Cummerbund: The dress with ruffled skirt gathered to bodice at normal waistline has back zipper, lowered round neckline and short puffed sleeves gathered with elastic casings forming self ruffles. Regular length V. 1 with contrasting bodice has rick-rack trim. Long length V. 2 with embroidered eyelet edging features contrasting cummerbund.
