Misses’ Dress in Two Lengths: (Including Tissue Lesson Chart … “How-to Set-in Gathered Sleeves”): The dress V. 1, 2 or 3 with bodice front gathered to skirt above normal waistline has set-in sleeves gathered to armholes, “V” shaped neckline, collar, back zipper and self fabric tie ends. Short dress V. 1 has contrasting collar and long sleeves gathered to contrasting buttoned cuffs. Short dress V. 2 features contrasting collar and short sleeves gathered to contrasting sleeve bands. Ankle length V. 3 has short sleeves gathered to sleeve bands.
