Child’s Top, Panties and Pants: The lined top-stitched top with back opening fastened with self fabric tie ends has lowered round neckline in front, shaped patch pocket, ruffle type sleeves gathered to armholes, self fabric ruffle and optional rick-rack trim and purchased applique. The long pants have elastic waistline casing. The panties with elastic waistline casing and elastic leg casings forming self ruffles have optional rick-rack trim.
