Misses’ Dress or Jumper in Two Lengths: The top-stitched dress or jumper with flared skirt stitched to fitted bodice at normal waistline has back button closing, patch pockets and shoulder straps crossed in back and buttoned to front. V. 1 with self fabric ruffle is 1″ longer than regular length. V. 2 is short length.
