Florence Eiseman – Child’s Jumper and Blouse … Patterns for Applique Included: Jumper with back zipper closing has front and back pleats, tie ends and collar. V. 1 collar has soutache trim and appliqués. V. 2 collar is top-stitched. Blouse with back button closing has long sleeves gathered to armhole and to buttoned cuffs. V. 1 neck and cuffs have pre-pleated trim. V. 2 has self ruffles.
