Misses’ Pullover Dress or Top: The dress V. 1 or top V. 2 pleated to yoke has sailor collar at “V” shaped neckline, front button closing, top-stitching simulating a front band, set-in sleeves pleated to armholes and optional ribbon or middy braid trim. V. 1 dress with short flared sleeves is worn with or without self fabric tie belt. Top V. 2 with long sleeves gathered to sleeve bands has contrasting collar and cuffs of one fabric and tie of another contrasting fabric.
