Misses’ Pullover Skirt: Blouse with elastic casing at neckline has short raglan sleeves with optional elastic casing. V. 1, 2 and 4 have optional braid or ribbon trim. V. 3 and 5 have ruffle. Ruffled skirt gathered to waistband has side zipper, tie ends and optional braid or ribbon trim. V. 3 or 4 is made of two different fabrics.
