Chest 30″

Dress with lowered waistline seam has flared skirt, back zipper, high round neckline and set in sleeves. V1 and V2 sleeves are about wrist length with double circular ruffles. V1 and V3 have a stand up collar. V1 has embroidered braid and ribbon trim. V2 has scalloped trim. V3 has short sleeves, contrasting collar and front band with button trim. Drop waist dress.
