Young Junior/Teens’ Skirt, Pants and Pullover Top: Pants and skirt have back zipper and waistband. Top with short raglan sleeves and peplum has elastic casings at waistline, shoulders and sleeves, front ties and contrasting front panel with optional braid trim.
