Simple-To-Sew Misses’ Pant skirt in Two Lengths and Vest: (Including a Tissue Lesson Chart … “How to Fit a Pantskirt”). The pantskirt with side zipper closing has waistband. V. 1 & 2 are mini-length. V. 1 has embroidered braid or ribbon trim. V. 2 & 3 may be worn with a purchased belt. V. 3 is midi-length. The lined, sleeveless and collarless vest has optional chain & button closing.
