Dress in Two Lengths: The dress with elastic casings midriff has back zipper, U shaped neckline, short set in puff sleeves gathered with elastic casings forming self ruffles. Mini length V. 1 has double ruffles at lower edge. Ankle length V. 2 and 3 with single ruffle at lower edge has optional rick rack and ribbon bow. V. 2 features sleeves and ruffle of contrasting or coordinated fabric.
