Hip-Hugger, Bell-Bottom Pants. Close to the body fit has band at upper edge, front button fly closing, top-stitched patch pockets and optional purchased belt slipped through self fabric carriers. The hup-hugger pants are made to be worn 1″ below normal waistline. V2 features contrasting band and pockets.
