Young Junior/Teens’ Mini-Skirt, Bolero and Hip-Hugger Pants or Knickers: The mini skirt has die zipper and waistband. The hip-hugger pants or knickers made to be worn 1″ below normal waistline have fly front button closing, band, patch pockets, and optional self fabric carriers, purchased belt, top-stitching and nail head trim. The knickers have elastic leg casings. The lined bolero has optional chain and button closings, top stitching and nail head trim.
